Life Style - Greeting Eid Mubarak

A Cup of Tea, Cake & Eid Mubarak

In my comfort zone in a corner of back yard my afternoon tea feel so special. Feeling exciting as we celebrate Eid al-Fitr also feeling down to say goodbye to the blessed month of "Ramadhan 1435" which ended this weekend. After an exercise in self-restraint that commands Muslims to abstain from eat and drink from sunrise to sunset, my afternoon cup of tea and slice of cake which I bake last night tasted so wonderful, plus a bright Sun shinning up in the blue sky, plus a complementary Eid present from my lovely sister in law "Jane". The only word I can say to describe the feeling is "Alhamdulillah".

Sssttt.. actually, I have a secret I keep deep down in the bottom of my heart, I try to forget and pretended it is not effecting my feelings, but every time I bite a slice of cake, the feeling rush out into my vein, run to my back bone and knock my brain with a question folllow by other questions without any answer.. Would you like to know what the secret is? Yes... Mr froggy from the little pond said, "let the secret feeling be shared with friends". Okay, I wonder how are the other people and children in conflict area like children in Africa, Burma and the children in Gaza celebrating their Eid al-Fitr, Are they feeling happy and wonderful too....? Anyhow I don't want to upset your feeling by knowing my secret and all of you start to talk about conflict & political issues, that aren't kind of subject I am interested in. No politics here please..

For all of you who celebrates Eid al-Fitr, wishing you very happy Eid Mubarak. Have a nice day for everybody on this planet Earth.........

Fashion & Inspiration - Colours

A Colourful Day at Garden Centre

Last week I was in the garden centre, a warm summers day might be a good idea to spend a little time to make up the back yard, which has been abandon for while. Choosing plants is sometime not easy with plenty of sophisticate plants and colourful flowers around. I am glad that at last minute before it close I managed to choose the plants for the hanging baskets and some colourful pansies.

Talk about dress for that day. I put on my full circle flora print skirt and off white blouse complete with a pair of gardening boots, the combination of July and girly scents mix with neutral seems to work wonders. The world of flora is an usually tend to come and go as the seasons change. Rather than presenting floral in their original, new interpretations of floral prints are a little more abstract than their traditional predecessors.
